A salt-and-pepper haired paper and mixed media collage artist, I was raised in northern Illinois. Currently residing in Delray Beach, Florida, for over 10 years, I have also lived in various regions of the United States, as well as in Singapore, Iran, and Nigeria.
My collage work is inspired by my love of color, line, shape, size, and material. Psychology, archaeology, sociology, religion, and spirituality also inform my work. My collages are influenced by the intutive, logical, and abstract sense of balance and order.
In addition to making art, I am also a teacher, writer and facilitator of paper collage, glue book, and Artist Trading Card classes and parties for people across the lifespan.
